If you've done a live launch for your course, then you'll know launching can be draining. Think webinars, ads, bonuses, social visibility, discovery calls and sales emails...and all that before you start welcoming students in!
No wonder we feel burnt out and exhausted after a launch, but there is another way. This week on the podcast I'm chatting with Rachelle Glendon, a slow living coach and podcaster.
Rachelle helps Mums who work from home manage the juggle of family life with her slow living philosophy. And on the show today she helps me unpack what it means to live slow and how we can apply these principals to our launches.
Rachelle is a course creator herself and knows exactly how stressful launching can be, so she speaks from experience when it comes to changing our default setting from frazzled and frantic to calm and intentional.

What's standing between you and your online course dream?
Chances are if you get really honest with yourself, it's you.
You keep breaking appointments with yourself to do the work...
You feel like there's never enough time..
You feel like you don't know the next step...
You don't have a plan so remain stuck...
Are any of these landing for you?
Tough love coming your way...
I hear from soooo many clients that they have a half-finished course, or a course in their head that they are not able to move forward with, and you know what each and every one of them needs?
There's nothing more powerful than knowing you've said out loud to someone else that you'll do something.
But accountability is not a magic wand. It won't make your procrastination disappear overnight, but what it will do is give you the kick-up the backside you need to take action.
In today's episode I share 4 different forms of accountability to suit any personality type (or budget).
BONUS - If you're listening to this episode in June 2021 and are a business owner in WA, Qld or NT then there is a special bonus free session that you can apply for using the link in the show notes below.
If you are new to ASBAS then you are likely eligible for an hour of FREE strategy on your copy, course or messaging with me.
It's easy to apply, just use the link below and check to see if you can claim your free session (valued at $250)

Here's' the thing about your messaging…
It’s all crystal clear in your head and you know exactly how your course is going to help your students. But, as soon as you start writing your sales page, emails or ads, it all gets shaken up like a snow globe.
That amazing course of yours gets hidden in a fog of generalisations, bland outcomes and waffle.
If this sounds familiar, then today's episode is for you!
In it, I'm unpacking the Kniebe Canvas, my blueprint for online course messaging that's been tried and tested in hundreds of coaching sessions. I'm going to take you through the 9-steps I use to get message clarity and share how you can access this to create winning copy for your courses and offers.
Get help with your messaging - The AntiBoring Blueprint for Messaging live training starts on 27th May. Save your spot - https://lisakniebe.simplero.com/page/206630-join-me-on-the-journey

Chances are you've heard about the power of storytelling in your content, but maybe your confused about what that really means. I mean, how do you tell a story in an email without ending up with a version of War and Peace that nobody wants to read?!
And what about on your sales page, are you supposed to be adding a story to that?
This week on the podcast I am beyond excited to welcome Dani Paige; storyteller extraordinaire and launch copywriter to unpack what this whole storytelling malarkey is all about.
I loved geeking out on all things copywriting with Dani. Here's what we chatted about in this week's episode:
- What is story telling when it comes to your copy?
- Why is it so powerful?
- How can we use this in our course launches?
- Where should we use story telling?
- What are your 3 top tips for story telling in launch copy?
We had a blast and I hope you love this episode as much as I do!

Often we come up with ideas for lead magnets before we’ve worked out what our course is, and suddenly it’s like we’re having multiple conversations all at once with the same person!
In my copy-coaching work, one of the biggest challenges I see people struggling with is bringing together different pieces of their messaging, and so you can imagine when you add an online course, you’ve added another piece to the puzzle.

In this episode I'm sharing why you don't need all the bells and whistles of a fancy tech platform to deliver your course!
Often as course creator's it's the tech that keeps us stuck. But it doesn't have to be that way! If you are creating a new course, then I'd love you to get it up and running fast so you can:
a) earn some $$$ and,
b) road test it with real students before making a big investment in a learning platform.
In this episode I'm hoping you'll get curious about delivering your next course as a minimum viable product and seeing if this allows you to be more nimble and responsive in your course creation and launching.
Even if you already have a learning management platform there's good reason to launch with a MVP version of your course first - find out what that reason is (and why I am doing exactly that with my new course).

When it comes to marketing and selling your course, you've probably heard that you need to focus on the outcome or transformation, not the tools you use to achieve this. I know how hard it can be to find your 'transformation' which is why I was so excited to invite Jo Bendle onto the podcast to talk about how she's done exactly this.
Jo has turned the conversation about productivity tools into a movement that that's led by women who are #meantformore.
In this episode I pick her brains on how she made this shift, the impact it's had on her business and the results she's seeing.
So if you're ready to get inspired, find a deeper message and even lead your own movement, then buckle-up, because this is a high vibe, fast talking episode that'll leave you pumped and ready for more.
